How we pick products

• Real demand first. We start from what people are actually asking — Reddit threads, review patterns, and the questions that come up right before someone buys.
• Worth-it test. Every pick has to answer one question: would you still be glad you bought it six months later?
• Small-kitchen friendly. Most of us don't have a chef's kitchen. If it only makes sense with acres of counter space, it doesn't make the cut.
